Affinity Management Pty Ltd provides Virtual Assistant services to service-based businesses and startups, including but not limited to administrative support, document creation, basic bookkeeping, procedure writing, backend organization, and related support tasks.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

2. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and timely information required to complete tasks

  • Maintaining communication throughout the service period

  • Reviewing work delivered and requesting revisions where appropriate (if included in scope)

3. Service Agreement

Prior to commencing work, a signed service agreement and payment terms will be provided. All work will be performed in accordance with the scope outlined in that agreement.

4. Payment Terms

All services are prepaid or invoiced as agreed. Late payments may result in delayed service delivery or suspension of work.
No refunds will be issued for completed work unless otherwise stated in your client agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, processes, or documents created for the client remain the property of the client once full payment has been received.
Affinity Management Pty Ltd retains the right to showcase general, non-confidential aspects of the work in portfolios or marketing (with client consent).

6. Confidentiality

Any information shared between Affinity Management Pty Ltd and the client will be treated as confidential. We do not disclose, share, or use your information for any purpose other than providing agreed-upon services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Affinity Management Pty Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.
We do not guarantee business results, growth, or performance as a result of using our services, though we aim to support your success with our expertise.

8. Website Usage

By using this Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the site for any unlawful or prohibited purpose

  • Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Site

  • Copy or reproduce any content without written consent

9. Amendments
